The problem I solved
Teams had recording, transcripts, and notes but tasks still weren't getting done.
No one knew who owned what, Decisions got buried., Follow ups were fully manual.

What I designed
One focused execution screen not a dashboard, not another note-taking view.
Action items surface first, with owners and deadlines visible instantly.
Decisions are separated from tasks so nothing important gets lost in the scroll.
Single flow layout that tells you exactly what to do next, with zero confusion.
