A common time-eater for me and new potential clients is to discuss how much will something cost.
Although its a needed step for any new project, its also a time consuming process.
So, I have created the following Costs Calculator which is available for all in my website, and this way any User and potential new client can immediately get some feedback as to how much the services he/she wants, would cost with me.
It also has room for flexibility and doesn't limit the client's budget. It only gives some estimations, and initial idea of the costs.
After the client fills the form, I can review everything, and set an Introductory meeting in which I get to know better about the client needs, and adjust the pricing accordingly.
