Scribe a self-writing clinical note What it is Scribe is a mobile web dictation app for clinicians. Instead of just recording and transcribing, it listens to a doctor dictate after a procedure and then automatically organises their words into a structured clinical note covering Procedure, Findings, Plan, and Follow up, ready to review, amend, and send for approval. It keeps the familiar, trusted dictation gesture of the physical Dictaphone but adds the things a physical device never could: live transcription, automatic structuring, an editable patient record, and a history of past dictations. Why I picked it This one is personal. My wife is a doctor in the NHS, and I have watched her carry a physical Dictaphone around, dictate her notes after every procedure, and hand them off to a typist to decipher and write up. Patient documentation is critical and relentless, and the tools for it feel stuck in another era. I wanted to reimagine that exact workflow, keeping what doctors trust about dictating aloud but making the note write and organise itself, so the burden at the end of a long shift gets lighter. My experience with Figma Make Honestly, it is a different way of working that takes some getting used to. It took me 21 iterations to get here, a lot of describing a change, seeing the model interpret it loosely, and refining again. The most cumbersome part was the small stuff: nudging a button to the other side, renaming a label, fixing a control that drifted. You learn quickly that the manual edit tools, like moving things and editing labels directly, save you from burning a whole prompt on a tiny tweak. But once you adjust to it, it is genuinely a great place to ideate and explore. The fact that I could go from a personal observation to a working, polished, multi screen prototype, with live interactions, state machines, and real flows, in half a day is remarkable. That speed to see an idea, react to it, and reshape it is where the real value is. UI Micro-interactions A personal exploration into animation and motion design, experimenting with skeleton loading and loading screen animations in After Effects. The focus was on how data can be revealed gracefully and how waiting periods can be transformed into engaging, purposeful moments rather than dead time.

Trimble Improved the in-cab driver experience by redesigning the driving and navigation screen for a large scale fleet management product. Working within Trimble, I focused on creating a clear, intuitive interface that reduces cognitive load for drivers on the road, ensuring critical information is accessible and easy to act on in real time.

NazaCare Connect A 0 to 1 B2B product for care home management. I led the end to end design of a dashboard that gives care teams a single place to manage residents, workflows, and communications. Starting from scratch, I worked across research, information architecture, and interface design to deliver a product that simplifies the complexity of day to day care operations.
