A personal exploration into animation and motion design, experimenting with skeleton loading and loading screen animations in After Effects. The focus was on how data can be revealed gracefully and how waiting periods can be transformed into engaging, purposeful moments rather than dead time.

A 0 to 1 B2B product for care home management. I led the end to end design of a dashboard that gives care teams a single place to manage residents, workflows, and communications. Starting from scratch, I worked across research, information architecture, and interface design to deliver a product that simplifies the complexity of day to day care operations.
