The business offers personalized products like printed t-shirts, mugs, cups, key rings, photo frames, and custom gifts. I started by fully optimizing their GMB profile, including business information, keyword-rich descriptions, product listings, and service categories. Then I implemented a local SEO strategy by adding high-quality images, geo-tagging, and posting regular updates to increase engagement. I also focused on improving their ranking in Google Maps by optimizing for local keywords such as “custom gift shop near me” and “printed t-shirts & mugs.” Additionally, I guided the client on how to collect genuine customer reviews, which significantly boosted trust and visibility. As a result, the business saw increased profile views, higher local rankings, and more customer inquiries within a few weeks. The client was running Meta Ads but had inaccurate tracking and missing purchase data, which made optimization difficult. Strategy Implemented: ✔Installed & configured Meta Pixel on the client’s website ✔Integrated Meta Conversion API (CAPI) for server-side tracking ✔Set up standard events (ViewContent, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout, Purchase) ✔Implemented custom events for specific actions (newsletter signup, contact form submission) ✔Verified domain in Meta Business Manager ✔Tested all events with Meta Event Manager & Pixel Helper to ensure accurate tracking.
