RYZE is a fast-growing Danish padel brand that needed a more premium, professional Shopify experience without losing its bold identity. I led full theme research, selected and implemented a high-end Shopify theme (Sleek), restructured key pages (Home, PDPs, Collections), refined navigation, and optimized mobile UX. The focus was on clean structure, speed, and conversion clarity rather than visual noise. After launch, the store showed improved user flow, clearer product hierarchy, better mobile engagement, and stronger conversion performance compared to the previous version.
