Finally finished my 4th
@framer (https://x.com/framer) template. I simplified it quite a bit along the way, since real estate is still a fairly conservative industry, and I wanted the design without overcomplicating things.

I looked through a lot of variants hover mask effects component by different creators and decided to make my own using @Framer (https://x.com/framer) Workshop. I initially wanted a watercolor effect, but it ended up being way too heavy. Still, I really like the final result
