Redefining Sri Lankan Digital Magazine Layouts
At Youth Mirror, we break away from conventional digital templates. I conceptualize and engineer dynamic layout designs tailored specifically for the modern youth demographic—a visual standard completely unmatched by any other digital magazine in Sri Lanka. Blending vibrant typography, fluid grids, and high-energy visual storytelling, every edition offers an immersive digital experience that captures the pulse of the new generation.
Cover Photography & Art Direction
In addition to directing the visual identity of the magazine, I frequently step behind the lens to shoot and art-direct the official Cover Features. Capturing fashion models, youth icons, and rising talents, I bring out high-concept editorial aesthetics that give each cover issue a distinct, international-grade finish.

As the Editor-in-Chief, I led the publication through multiple successful issues, overseeing the entire process from deep industry research and content curation to final editorial direction.
End-to-End Design, Infographics & Vector Artistry
Beyond editorial leadership, I single-handedly executed the end-to-end visual production of the magazine. To make complex automotive mechanics and performance stats visually engaging, I conceptualized and designed custom infographics, technical vector art, and dynamic layouts. This blend of precise visual data and sharp editorial structure gave Testrun a modern, international look.

Toyota Corolla New EV Concept
Self-Initiated Concept Project
A self-initiated automotive design concept created for Toyota several years ago, exploring a futuristic concept model for a potential upcoming Toyota Corolla variant.
The vehicle was conceptualized and developed using AI-powered creative tools, followed by image refinement, compositing, and visual development using Adobe Photoshop. The project was created as an independent exploration of future automotive design and demonstrates an early approach to integrating AI technology with creative design workflows.
Design Process:
The complete process of how the vehicle concept was developed using AI and design software is presented below.
The Toyota Corolla EV 2026 concept is a futuristic electric vehicle that is silent and blends into the natural world, as seen in the picture of the serene forest scene with animals approaching without fear. Under the slogan “Where Silence Becomes Luxury,” this vehicle transforms serene mobility into an exclusive experience for discerning drivers.
Design Features
The sleek aerodynamic design with triangular LED headlights, low window profiles, and roof spoilers gives the vehicle a futuristic look. The closed front grille provides better efficiency for the electric vehicle while giving the impression of a wildlife-friendly vehicle.
Luxury Elements
Sustainable luxury materials used in the interior, such as vegan leather and forest-sourced wood trim, provide a luxurious interior. Adaptive ambient lighting and massage seats offer premium comfort and establish it as a prestige compact EV against other luxury EVs.
Prestige Features
Aerodynamic design and sleek coupe styling enable thrilling acceleration from 0-100 km/h in under 6 seconds, along with Toyota reliability. Luxury personalization options, including custom paint in popular autumn colors from your picture, are also offered.
Silent Operation
The vehicle has been designed to operate quietly using sound-absorbing materials such as lightweight acoustic materials to ensure silent operation. The low-noise tires ensure that the vehicle does not disturb wildlife in its natural habitat.
Innovative Technologies
The vehicle is equipped with a lithium-ion battery with a capacity of up to 77 kWh to provide a range of over 400 km. The vehicle has AI-based safety features such as the latest version of Toyota Safety Sense. The vehicle has adaptive all-wheel-drive technology to ensure safety while navigating through wildlife habitats. The vehicle has eco-routing technology to ensure safety while driving through wildlife habitats.
