Hi All! My idea:
Handrail - Democratizing Change Management with AI.
Companies easily spend £50K-£500K on change management (CM) consultants, but most can't afford it for every initiative. So project managers try without training - and 70% fail.
Handrail guides non-experts through CM steps, AI generates all content (strategies, emails, training), potentially cutting costs from £200K to £30K annually.
Revenue: £999-£2,499/month SaaS. Validated with multiple transformation leaders including a former Google exec. I'm using the MVP in my current CM role.
I've got zero technical skills. Spent 8 years thinking about this idea. Built working MVP in 5 weeks using Bubble.
My Challenge: Massive AI integration headache. OpenAI API integration is difficult. Cash prize would really help to hire a Bubble expert to fix this properly.
