GeoManager PolitiQ — Campaign Intelligence & Election-Day Reporting Platform GeoManager PolitiQ is a geospatial campaign intelligence platform designed to bring campaign strategy, geographic analysis, field operations, public polling, and election-day reporting into one connected workspace. The system gives political campaign teams a visual understanding of their campaign geography and turns that information into an operational workflow. At the centre is an interactive campaign dashboard that surfaces key metrics such as population, registered voters, polling stations, projected turnout, expected votes, vote gaps, and campaign targets. The platform allows campaign teams to map and classify areas into Stronghold, Competitive, Weak, and Target zones, either manually or through structured spreadsheet imports. These geographic zones feed into the Zone Dominance workspace, where campaign teams can examine ward-level influence, confidence, dominance percentages, and supporting indicators. Beyond geographic analysis, GeoManager PolitiQ connects strategy with field execution. The Strategies workspace organizes wards by priority and confidence, helping teams identify areas requiring attention and activate a campaign plan. The Area Breakdown provides contextual geographic intelligence around polling stations, schools, healthcare facilities, and markets, giving field teams a consistent reference for understanding campaign areas. The system also includes a complete field operations layer. Campaign administrators can create super-agent and field-agent accounts, assign them to specific wards and polling stations, manage their credentials, and review their operational assignments. Agents receive a restricted dashboard tailored to their assigned geography, where they can report election results, share campaign polls, and submit field intelligence and news for review. A built-in polling module enables campaigns to create public preference polls, distribute shareable links, validate responses against the configured campaign geography, pause or resume collection, and analyse results at ward level. The Election Manager / My IEBC module provides an internal election-day reporting workflow, allowing campaigns to create an election event and monitor agent submissions, turnout information, expected reporting, and reporting rates. What makes the platform distinctive is the way these capabilities are connected: geographic data informs strategy, strategy informs field operations, field agents feed intelligence back into the system, and election-day reporting closes the operational loop. The result is a unified campaign workspace that transforms scattered geographic, strategic, polling, and field information into a structured system for campaign planning and operational reporting.

Project Title Keshfy: A High-Performance, No-Code E-Commerce Engine for Emerging Markets  Project Overview Keshfy is a specialized, mobile-first SaaS infrastructure engineered under Playvora Technologies to eliminate operational and payment friction for small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) in East Africa. Designed as a zero-friction alternative to heavy global builders like Shopify and Wix, Keshfy enables merchants to launch fully functional digital storefronts in under 3 minutes without requiring code or complex drag-and-drop web layout configuration.  The platform bridges the gap between structured automation and localized consumer trust by uniquely standardizing three distinct economic paradigms into a single dashboard architecture:  Automated Retail (Sell Workflows): Streamlined digital catalogs featuring lightning-fast image processing, dynamic inventory tracking, and instantaneous mobile storefront compilation. Professional Services (Book Payments): An appointment-engine framework that converts digital inquiries into confirmed, scheduled calendar items with automated upfront billing. High-Yield Rentals (Rent Invoices): A robust asset-management system that tracks physical inventory availability matrices, automates recurring tenant/renter invoicing, and issues real-time digital receipts. Core Engineering & Product Milestones Reduced Time-to-Value (TTV): Re-architected the registration funnel to bypass aggressive KYC/email verification blocks upfront, achieving a 42% active store user activation rate post-launch. Zero-Friction Localized Checkouts: Architected native payment pathways utilizing the Paystack API, enabling seamless API-driven M-Pesa STK Push notifications directly to consumer mobile devices to prevent cart abandonment. Social Commerce Optimization: Engineered a specialized "WhatsApp Loop" checkout module. The storefront structures allow instantaneous data-routing back to the seller's WhatsApp communication node, bridging secure programmatic payment collection with the high-trust human interaction required in regional commerce ecosystems. Ultra-Light Performance Footprint: Designed storefront templates engineered specifically for web-view inside social media in-app browsers (TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp), optimized to load instantly over constrained 3G/4G cellular networks on mid-range mobile hardware. Key Technical Achievements • No-Code Store Architecture: Built a template-injection framework allowing instant store setup solely via data input (no layout rendering overhead). • Transactional Stability: Implemented asynchronous transaction listening to reconcile instantaneous mobile money payouts with internal store databases. • Rapid Product Validation: Successfully onboarded 110+ registered enterprises and secured recurring paid subscription conversions within 14 days of launching the minimal viable product (MVP).

AxePro is a GIS-powered booking platform built for property-service businesses in Nairobi, designed to solve a simple but costly problem: turning “Can you come to my property?” into a confirmed appointment without the usual back-and-forth. We built the experience around what actually happens in the field. A customer selects a service, enters their property location, and AxePro uses location intelligence to determine the appropriate service area, qualified technician, travel requirements, and appointment slots that can realistically work. Instead of showing generic availability, the system accounts for technician schedules, existing bookings, service capabilities, and road travel between appointments. Customers can then confirm, reschedule, cancel, or manage their booking, while the owner gets an operational dashboard showing bookings, technicians, routes, conflicts, and schedule changes. The key idea is that location isn't decoration — it drives the booking decision. AxePro connects the customer, their property, the service area, the technician, and the route into one workflow. This reduces the manual coordination that normally happens through calls and WhatsApp messages and gives both the customer and business owner a much clearer path from inquiry to completed service. We built AxePro to feel like a real product rather than a static prototype: real booking data, spatial service areas, technician capability matching, road-aware scheduling, route management, rescheduling, reassignment logic, and post-booking management are all part of the experience. AxePro turns “Can you come tomorrow?” into “Your appointment is confirmed.”
