Before you fix placement, you have to know exactly what is breaking it. A client asked me to find why their email was underperforming, so I ran a full deliverability audit. I checked authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), domain and IP reputation, blacklist status, how the list was built and how healthy it is, sending patterns, and content signals. Then I ran seed tests to see where mail actually lands across Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo. The deliverable was a clear, prioritized report. Every gap named, ranked by impact, with the exact fix and the order to do it. The client walked away knowing what was costing them the inbox and what to do first. Proof: audit summary and seed-test results attached.

Cover image for A sender came to me
A sender came to me with a domain Google had stopped trusting. Reputation had slipped, and one bad stretch pushed the domain to Low on May 25, 2026. When Google rates a domain Low, a large share of mail skips the inbox, so the whole list stops earning. I ran our full reputation rebuild. I fixed authentication and alignment, cleaned and protected the list, corrected sending cadence and volume, then rebuilt domain and IP reputation and monitored placement every week. Google Postmaster tells the story. Domain reputation climbed to High in early July 2026 and has held High through August 10. On the sending IPs, the mix moved from Bad and Low through May to 100% High from June onward, steady since. Proof is attached: real Google Postmaster screenshots, with the domain hidden for privacy.

Cover image for Landing in the Promotions tab
Landing in the Promotions tab is quieter than spam, but it still costs opens and sales. Two senders were being filtered out of the primary inbox. I fixed what pushes Gmail to file mail under Promotions: authentication, list health, sending behavior, content signals, and reputation. Then I confirmed placement with GlockApps. Shawn: on Feb 11, 2026 he sat at 48.2% inbox with 28.2% in the Promotions tab. By Jul 26, 2026 inbox was 80.7% and the Promotions tab was down to 1.8%. Annie: on May 25, 2026 she was at 43.2% inbox with 27.0% in Promotions. By Aug 2, 2026 inbox was 66.4% and Promotions dropped to 4.5%. Proof is attached: real GlockApps placement tests, before and after, with dates.

Cover image for Two senders were landing in
Two senders were landing in spam. Half their mail or more never reached the inbox, so their lists looked dead when the mail was really just hidden. I ran our deliverability fix on each account: authentication and trust, list cleanup, sending behavior, then reputation rebuild, with GlockApps seed tests to confirm placement. Shawn: on Apr 30, 2026 only 42.3% of his mail reached the inbox and 52.3% went to spam. By Jul 26, 2026 inbox was 80.7% and spam was down to 16.5%. Alex: on Mar 30, 2026 he was at 45.9% inbox with 45.9% in spam. By Jul 12, 2026 inbox was 86.4% and spam was 7.3%. Proof is attached: real GlockApps placement tests, before and after, with dates.
