Shannen was our founding designer for just over a year, leading the mobile app from initial concept through to launch. Working largely from scratch, she shaped the core user experience and designed complex enrolment flows across both the US and UK markets, each with their own regulatory requirements. Her work reflects genuine 0 to 1 experience, taking a product from early concept through to a working, shipped app.
