Just wrapped up an inspiring CSR activation with the incredible team at 3M Copenhagen, where we built solar lights for underserved communities in support of Hjælp Ukraine’s mission. 🌍💡
As the host, I designed the activity from the ground up, facilitated the session, managed logistics, and created a meaningful, hands-on experience that blended team engagement with real-world impact. Together, we assembled solar-powered lights that will soon bring brightness and safety to families affected by the war, part of the Light-A-Life project, a global initiative aiming to light up 1 million lives by 2030.
✨ If your company wants to make sustainability tangible through purpose-driven employee engagement or CSR workshops, I’d love to help design and facilitate an experience that connects people with purpose.
Excited to officially start next week as a Mentor for RMIT Europe’s Eco-Literacy & Regenerative Futures programme, where I’ll be helping professionals develop the ability to communicate sustainability with accuracy, depth and real impact.
What may not be obvious at first is how directly this strengthens my work as a Fractional CMO, ensuring the growth strategies I design for B2B companies are not only commercially sharp but also future-proof, regulation-ready, and trusted by increasingly informed audiences.
Curious how this affects your positioning and growth strategy? Happy to share insights with anyone navigating this shift.
