NOTION AI AGENTS ARE OUT!
So naturally, I had to build one immediately.
I created an AI agent that reads my meeting notes and automatically turns them into tasks — title, status, due date, priority — all populated in a Notion database.
No more:
→ Scrolling through messy notes after a call
→ Manually creating tasks that were clearly agreed on
→ Letting action items slip through the cracks
Here's what I did:
Set up a tasks database with the key fields
Connected it to my meeting notes
Gave the agent clear instructions on what counts as a task
Hit go and watched it work
The whole thing took me less than 30 minutes to build.
