Most creator partnerships still happen through DMs, emails, spreadsheets and scattered conversations.
Creators already use link-in-bio platforms as their public presence online, but there still isn’t a structured workflow focused on managing the operational side of collaborations.
So I wanted to explore what creator partnerships could feel like if they were designed as a mobile workspace instead of disconnected tools.
Collabi helps creators:
• build a professional public profile
• share their creator page externally
• discover other creators
• send collaboration opportunities
• manage partnership statuses
• transform accepted opportunities into projects
• organize campaigns through tasks and checklists
One of the main ideas behind the product was reducing friction between receiving an opportunity and actually executing a campaign.
When an opportunity gets accepted, it can instantly become a structured project workflow.
Creators can organize campaign tasks manually, and Collabi also introduces a premium AI-assisted workflow designed to help structure campaign checklists faster.
The first version is focused on creators, but the system was already designed thinking about future collaboration between creators, brands and agencies.
For the seasonal theme, I connected the idea of spring with movement, growth and new opportunities — especially for creators trying to professionalize and scale their partnerships.
Monetization is built around premium creator workflows, including AI-assisted features and advanced collaboration tools.
Collabi was designed to help creators move from scattered conversations to structured partnerships.
