I have a BA degree in Economics and Masters Degree in Business Administration. I completed my masters degree in The University of Notre Dame Australia.

I have +25 years of professional experience as Digital Channel Manager at IT division in Telco and Finance sectors. I managed 50 PMs, developers, QAs. I am the owner of first Call Steering IVR of Turkey in 2011 and the first Fulll Speech IVR of Turkey in 2015. I have been awarded by CCW for the speech solutions developed.

I have been working freelance for 1 year as Turkish Localisation Expert in the fields of translation, transcription, editing, proofreading, voice over and online Turkish tutor.
