I focused on transforming the overall layout and section structure to make it more visually appealing, user-friendly, and highly converting. Every design choice was made to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
To improve customer support efficiency, I integrated Chatty, a live AI chatbot, which helps automate responses and reduces the client’s workload in handling inquiries.
This project was successfully completed in a short time and delivered a modern, conversion-driven Shopify experience that reflects the brand’s elegance and functionality.
