Omnia has spent 15+ years fixing cars in Edenvale, but their brand didn't show it.
Their old logo was a multicoloured, playful icon that read more like a daycare than a business handling vehicles worth hundreds of thousands of rand. We rebuilt it into a single car shaped "O" in navy and gold: clean, premium, and instantly automotive.
Next came the site. The old one was a standard brochure with two personal cellphone numbers as the entire contact system. No online quotes, no way to track a repair, just WhatsApp a photo and wait.
So base 44 and I built the Omnia Repair Tracker, a live app that replaces the phoning and hoping with real functionality. Clients log in with just their job reference and ID number to see a live progress gauge, a timestamped repair timeline, damage photos, quote status, and one tap WhatsApp access, with automatic email updates on every change. It's basically tracking an Amazon order.
On the staff side, the same data powers a Workshop Board where one click moves a car forward and instantly updates the customer. One connected system, not two separate tools.
One new brand. One live app. No more calling to ask.
