2-Sided Gondola Display — Retail Furniture Design
Designed a 2-sided gondola display system for clothing showrooms, focusing on functionality, structural stability, modularity, and efficient use of retail floor space. Developed the complete 3D CAD model in SolidWorks, including shelving, side panels, support structures, and base components, with consideration for sheet-metal fabrication, assembly, manufacturability, and aesthetics.
The design was developed for a third-party furniture vendor, translating showroom requirements into a practical, production-ready retail fixture suitable for repeated manufacturing and installation.

Premix Coffee Vending Machine | Complete Mechanical Design & NPD
Designed and developed the complete mechanical system for 2-lane, 3-lane, and 4-lane Premix Coffee Vending Machines, taking the product from concept development through pilot production.
Using SolidWorks, I created complete 3D CAD assemblies, detailed manufacturing drawings, BOMs, GD&T, and tolerance stack-ups. The project also included the design of a standalone Fresh Milk Boiler System, with a focus on thermal management, fluid flow, serviceability, and reliable operation.
Applied DFM/DFA principles, sheet-metal design optimization, and tolerance engineering to develop a practical, cost-effective, and production-ready product suitable for manufacturing and assembly.
