Developed the complete 3D CAD model in SolidWorks, including shelving, side panels, support structures, and base components, with consideration for sheet-metal fabrication, assembly, manufacturability, and aesthetics. The design was developed for a third-party furniture vendor, translating showroom requirements into a practical, production-ready retail fixture suitable for repeated manufacturing and installation.

Premix Coffee Vending Machine | Complete Mechanical Design & NPD Designed and developed the complete mechanical system for 2-lane, 3-lane, and 4-lane Premix Coffee Vending Machines, taking the product from concept development through pilot production. Using SolidWorks, I created complete 3D CAD assemblies, detailed manufacturing drawings, BOMs, GD&T, and tolerance stack-ups. The project also included the design of a standalone Fresh Milk Boiler System, with a focus on thermal management, fluid flow, serviceability, and reliable operation. Applied DFM/DFA principles, sheet-metal design optimization, and tolerance engineering to develop a practical, cost-effective, and production-ready product suitable for manufacturing and assembly.
