Conversation AI web chat in GoHighLevel for a facial cosmetic surgery practice, with a strict rule about wording it must never use. Native GHL can't enforce a rule like that with certainty, so I built it through careful prompt engineering and a curated FAQ knowledge base, keeping answers to approved information.

Product setup in GoHighLevel for a local-search company's two recurring Growth Bundles, Essentials and Professional. I built them in a dedicated SaaS sub-account so everything could be tested and approved before moving into the live account by snapshot, without touching the sub-account their sales reps work in every day.

AI voice answering in GoHighLevel for a roofing company, with time-based call routing so calls go to the right place during and after office hours. I also swapped in tracking numbers on their Google Business Profile and confirmed a Call Tracking Metrics integration path for clients who don't want to own assets inside GHL.

Meta Instant Form leads for a creative workshop studio now land in GoHighLevel and get an instant booking email. A day later the workflow checks for a reply: replies move the opportunity to Engaged, silence triggers a follow-up, and a second follow-up goes out if no appointment is booked. Once a lead books, reminders go out and the pipeline stage updates on its own.
