• What exactly is included in the retainer?

  The retainer covers a wide range of design services including logo design, brand identity, social media assets, pitch decks, marketing materials, 3D visuals, web/app UI design, and more. I become your flexible design partner that is ready to tackle any creative needs that come up.

• How many design requests can I make each month?

  You can submit unlimited requests, and I’ll handle them one at a time based on priority. I aim to deliver fast, high-quality results with quick turnaround times, usually within 24–72 hours depending on the complexity.

• What if I don’t use all my hours in a month?

  There’s no hour tracking—this retainer is based on consistent creative support, not time. As long as requests fall within scope, I’ll keep working through them. If we ever need to re-align expectations, we’ll talk it through.

• How do we communicate and manage requests?

  We’ll use Slack as our workflow and Notion for tracking each work tasks. But if you prefer the good ol’ email, then I am flexible and responsive to set up a streamlined system to keep things flowing smoothly.

• Can you help with urgent or last-minute design needs?

  Absolutely! That’s one of the biggest perks of this service. I’m your go-to design partner and can quickly jump in to help when deadlines pop up unexpectedly.

• Is there a minimum commitment?

  Yes—there’s a minimum commitment of one month. After that, it’s month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime with a one-week notice.

• Do you offer refunds?

  Due to the nature of the service and time committed each month, I don’t offer refunds. However, I always strive to deliver exceptional value and clear communication throughout.
