You can submit unlimited requests, and I’ll handle them one at a time based on priority. I aim to deliver fast, high-quality results with quick turnaround times, usually within 24–72 hours depending on the complexity.
There’s no hour tracking—this retainer is based on consistent creative support, not time. As long as requests fall within scope, I’ll keep working through them. If we ever need to re-align expectations, we’ll talk it through.
We’ll use Slack as our workflow and Notion for tracking each work tasks. But if you prefer the good ol’ email, then I am flexible and responsive to set up a streamlined system to keep things flowing smoothly.
