About this service

Summary

I offer a streamlined package designed to give your business a strong, cohesive visual identity. It’s not just logos — this includes essential brand elements like logo, color palette and typography to help you present a professional and consistent look across all platforms — making it easier to connect with your audience and grow your presence.

Process

Initial Brand Questionnaire & Inspiration (Prior to the start date): We’ll begin with a kick-off discovery session to understand your vision, values, and objectives—either through a quick brand questionnaire or through Contra or Slack messages to understand about your brand and objectives. Once I have all the info I need about your business, I'll start with the moodboard development where I'll start collecting ideas for the brand logo, colours, typography, patterns or photography that translates your brand essence so that I can understand about the style you're looking for before I dive into the design development.
Design Development: After getting your approval on the initial brand moodboard, I'll start with the design phase, building up your brand essentials from scratch according to your business.
Presentation & Refinements: I'll present your brand identity design on a rich style-guide presentation, containing all the info collected through our questionnaire and moodboard session, together with mockups that will bring your brand to life across real-world applications so you can better visualize your brand identity applied to different application scenarios such as stationary, apparel, etc—according to your business needs. In this session, you'll have up to two rounds of revisions to make sure you're completely satisfied with the design.
Brand Guidelines & Files Handover: Once everything is approved, I'll deliver your new identity into a mini style-guide document, containing basic guidelines for proper logo usage, primary and secondary color palettes, typography hierarchy and pairings for brand consistency—and deliver all master files (vector, high-res, and web-ready formats), so you have everything you need to present and protect your brand.
Please note you’ll receive a contract outlining our terms and conditions for review and signature before we begin.

FAQs

  • What will be the final cost?

The cost is tailored to your specific needs and objectives. During our discovery call or chat, we’ll explore your vision and project scope to provide a personalized quote that aligns with your goals.

  • How long does the whole process take?

Typically spans about 2-4 weeks, depending on how quickly feedback is returned. If revisions or additional graphics are needed, the timeline may also extend slightly.

  • How many logo concepts will you present?

I’ll provide up to 3 distinct logo concepts based on your questionnaire responses and moodboard, so you have a strong variety to choose from.

  • How does the revision process work, and if I need more than two revisions?

In a brand identity design project, two rounds of revision give us a structured yet flexible way to refine the work together. The first round happens after the initial concept presentation—this is when you share your thoughts, preferences, and any changes you’d like to see. It’s a great opportunity to explore adjustments to elements like the logo, color palette, or typography direction. Once those updates are made, we move into the second round. At this stage, the focus is on fine-tuning—small tweaks that polish the design, such as spacing, proportions, or subtle style refinements. If you require more than the included two rounds of revisions, additional revisions can be provided at an added cost. This ensures that you are completely satisfied with the final design.

  • How can I best prepare for our discovery session to make the design process as smooth as possible?

For the discovery session, it's helpful to come with a clear idea of your brand vision, who your audience is, and any design preferences or inspiration you have in mind. The more context and direction you can share, the smoother the process will be and the better I can tailor the designs to fit your brand.

  • What deliverables will I receive at the end?

At the end of the project, you’ll receive your master logo files in vector files—AI and EPS formats, high-resolution PNG and JPG files, and web-optimized SVG or PDF versions, and a compact style-guide PDF outlining proper logo usage, primary and secondary color palettes, and your brand’s typography hierarchy and pairings.

  • If I already have existing brand elements, can you help with other designs?

Sure! I've also provided additional marketing collateral designs based on an existing branding from past clients of mine who wanted to expand their branding or do a reshape (e.g. the NZ Concepts rebranding project in the 'Example Projects' section below), so feel free to contact me for additional services, even if you already have an existing branding and just needs an update!

  • What do the additional brand elements include?

These can be things like patterns, icons, custom graphics, or edited photography. For instance, you might need a pattern for packaging, icons to represent services, or polished product photos. This package includes up to 5 graphic elements. Anything beyond that can be created for an additional hourly fee.

I've been following Bianca on the Internet for a few years and have always appreciated her aesthetic sense and subtlety. My first contact with her work was through the visual identity of a mutual friend and at that moment I decided that Bianca was the professional who would bring Dama Floare's identity to life. I waited a few months until I was able to secure my work at Dama, but I was already anxious to share my decision with Bianca. When I finally called her to talk it was incredible, it seeme
