• Mentoring services

  Mentoring services are based on the GROW system. G- We always start with your GOAL, we measure it, define it, put a timetable around it, and assign responsible people. R- Then we take a look at the Reality, where we are right now. What are we missing? O - After that, we take a look at our Options that will be our bridge from our reality to our goal. How many options are there, how much do they cost, and what's necessary to go through that path to reach your goals? W - Lastly What are you going to commit to in order to achieve your goals within your timetable? We meet every week to track your progress.

  A lot of my clients don't know how to plan properly so I prepared my own planning templates and will walk you through and guide you for an easy tracking.
