Process
Package 1: I oversee the recruitment process and vet candidates and lead the candidate to a closed deal-
A retainer of $300 per month + 10% commission from the franchise fee
Package 2: I oversee the lead generation process and vet candidates and lead the candidate to a closed deal-
A retainer of $ 600 per month + 10% commission from the franchise fee
Package 3: I mentor the franchise lead generation team and sales team once a week- standard mentoring service by the hour- $once50 per hour.
What's included
Leading your franchise recruitment operations
I will be responsible for managing your lead generation team and sales team and closing deals on your behalf. This service is applicable only after we have established and applied the Synergy Recruitment System so I can be sure we have processes in place.
