Who is this service best suited for?
This service is designed for funded startups, SaaS companies, creators, and eCommerce businesses that want to rapidly improve, launch, or scale their digital products.
How is this different from hiring a freelance designer or developer?
Unlike task-only freelancers, I work as your strategic product partner — combining product thinking, design expertise, and data-driven decision-making to deliver meaningful progress toward clearly defined goals.
Do you work alone or with a team?
You’ll be working directly with me as the project lead, supported by a hand-picked team of designers who will help take your product forward.
What does the $10k/month cover?
Unlimited design and development requests. Expertise in supporting high-volume brands and SaaS products. We work through your priorities one or two at a time, delivering updates every 48 hours.
How will we collaborate?
We provide regular updates and a private Slack channel for direct communication, keeping you in the loop at all times.
Can you work with our existing team?
Absolutely. We often integrate seamlessly with in-house developers and product teams to provide extra capacity and expertise.
What if we need more than the agreed scope in a month?
There’s no limit on requests. We simply prioritise them in Linear and work through them in order of importance.
How quickly can you start?
Most projects are onboarded within a couple of days, meaning we can get started almost immediately.
