Process

Discovery Understanding the fundamentals of the website is paramount. We'll engage in an in-depth consultation to delve into objectives, target audience, and look & feel.

Strategy & Planning Mapping out menus, page structures and processes at this early stage is vital to ensure a smooth process later on. We create sitemaps, user flows and menu maps.

Wireframes Creating a skeleton or the website allows us to iterate whilst the site is in its early stages. We can see the page flows and content needed across the site.

Design Once we have laid all of the ground work, we begin to design the website. A full prototype is created for both desktop and mobile views.

Review & Amend You can review the website design and provide feedback, allowing us to refine and perfect the design and its functionality before we build.

Development Once the website design is signed off, we can start to build it. The fully-responsive, SEO-optimised website will be built on your chosen platform (Wix Studio, Framer or Shopify) and will be complete with Analytics tools and security.

Launch Once rigorous testing and checks have been completed, the site can be launched!

Support & Training After launch, we will always be available to make any updates, changes or be on hand should you have any questions. We will also provide full training for those that need it.
