If I already possess some brand elements that I want used, can they be incorporated?
Yes, your existing brand elements are welcome. For example, you may a pre-existing logo that needs improving or your preferred font or colour. All will be taken into consideration when crafting your new visual identity.
What file type will be included in the final package?
The final package will include files in various formats such as vector (AI or EPS), PNG (with transparent background), and/or JPEG.

How does the revision process work? and what if I need more than 2 rounds?
During the revision rounds, you can provide feedback on the relevant stage (via Figma or video call), and I will make necessary adjustments to align the design with your vision. If you require more than the included two rounds of revisions, additional revisions can be provided at an added cost. This ensures that you are completely satisfied with the final design.

⚡️ Strategy Workshop
We begin with a comprehensive discussion to define your brand's aesthetic, tone, and project deliverables. We delve deeper into the essence of your brand, diving into your vision, mission and aspirations. This is then compiled into a comprehensive document, which ensures alignment of expectations and a clear understanding of your goals.
⚡️ Moodboard Development
Based on our workshop, we compile two distinct moodboards that encapsulate your brand's identity and form potential visual directions for the project. These moodboards include curated photography, typography treatments and graphic design elements. We will discuss both options in detail and one will be chosen to guide the project's visual trajectory.
⚡️ Visual Identity Design*
Here we craft your brands visual identity, in line with the selected creative direction, designed for versatility, ensuring that the brand remains recognisable and impactful across different mediums. This includes:
Logo Suite*
Includes multiple variants to ensure usability in all instances. E.g Stacked, Horizontal, Stamp, Submark.
Colour Palette*
A cohesive colour system will be created comprising your brand's primary and secondary colours, along with corresponding digital and print values, and suggested pairings to maintain visual harmony.
Typography*
A curated font system, including selections for headings, subheadings, and body text will be proposed, accompanied by usage examples. Recommendations may feature both free and premium fonts; procurement of paid fonts is the client's responsibility. A comparable free alternative will be provided if a premium font is suggested.
Brand Devices*
Custom-designed assets such as patterns, icons, or branded imagery that enhance and complement your brand's visual identity.
⚡️ Brand Assets Handover
Delivery of finalised assets in multiple formats (e.g., PNG, SVG, PDF) suitable for immediate use both in print and digital mediums.
⚡️ Brand Manual & in use
A comprehensive Brand Manual document will be provided to ensure consistent application of your new brand identity across all platforms, detailing appropriate use of all elements of the new branding - logo suite, typography, colours and brand elements. The Brand Manual is supported by a carefully crafted set of mockups showcasing the branding's application in real world scenarios, both digital and in print.
⚡️ Instagram Kit
• Profile Picture Options: 2-3 designs reflecting your brand. • Template Suite: 10 feed posts, 10 stories, 3 reels covers, and up to 6 highlight covers, designed for versatility, including text-only, text-and-image, and creative layouts. • Sample Feed: A visual representation of your new Instagram aesthetic, utilising the designed templates and sample imagery to demonstrate a cohesive feed strategy.
⚡️ Digital Banners
Custom-designed banners and profile images for 3 platforms of your choice (e.g., Facebook, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Discord, VK), each optimised for platform-specific dimensions and display across devices.
🤝 Revisions Process
Items marked with an asterisk (*) include up to two rounds of revisions based on your feedback, ensuring the final designs align with your vision and are exactly what you're after.
💕 Tutorials & Support
Post-project, you'll receive a detailed tutorial on effectively utilising your new templates, complemented by a week-long support period to address any questions or adjustments needed.
