Summary

👋🏼 Hello! I'm a UX designer who enjoys crafting thoughtful, inclusive and accessible user centric digital experiences. Being an American citizen who grew up in India I appreciate and understand people from diverse cultural backgrounds. This has instilled an understanding of people's emotions and behaviors from a very young age. I have learned untaught strategies to work with different personalities and instinctual understanding of people's needs and behaviours which gives me a deep appreciation of diversity in all forms.

- Study the existing competitors - Identify the target user group for the website/app - Identify the key differentiators in the app/website from the competition in the market - Understand the user's pain points, their needs and priorities

Analysing the research from the competitor analysis and interviews to create a solid persona, which helped me define the project goals and making sure they align with the over-all vision for the product.
User experience: Ideate
- Start to make the current user journeys and also make the future user journeys - With the help of the existing and future journey maps the information architecture would be made.
User experience : Prototype
- For quick user testing create low fidelity wireframes and then go on to digitize it. - Testing it out with the stakeholders. - Building an UI kit to ensure standardised design across the app.
User experience : Testing
- Testing out the high fidelity prototypes to gather insights to test our the user flows. - Make the necessary changes before submitting the final design.
