About this service

Summary

This package is designed for companies with a physical presence, such as beauty salons, grocery stores, clothing brands, and other businesses looking to effectively present themselves on social media and build brand awareness. The package includes developing a positioning strategy, creating a unique brand identity, assisting with content creation for social media, and integrating AI content creators (GPT-bots) to streamline and automate content generation.
This is a basic package for those who want to organize their social media presence with a well-thought-out strategy, visual style, brand identity, and automation tools for content creation. It is suitable for offline businesses that want to gain recognition and attract customers through the online space.
In this package for $4,000, I’m offering what would normally cost from $12,000 and up. This offer is available only while I don’t have reviews on this platform. Once I have reviews, the price will reflect the actual market value. So, this is a chance to get premium services at a significantly lower price, including AI-powered content creation tools.

Process

1. Briefing and research:
- First, I need you to tell me about your brand or what you want to create. It’s also important to understand who your main competitors are.
- If you already have an understanding of your target audience — great! If not, we will form it along the way. I work based on the Jobs To Be Done methodology, which works well for both offline and online businesses. If your audience is complex or not clearly defined, that’s okay — for many products, traditional demographics are not the main factor.
2. Creating the brand platform:
- We won't be discussing your color preferences or logo design ideas. Instead, our goal is to build branding that reflects the philosophy and ideas essential for your business and your customers.
- We start by creating a brand platform: defining how you will communicate with your audience, what your unique selling point is, and what differentiates your business from competitors. This foundation will guide us in developing the visual and communication elements of the brand.
3. Brand tone of voice:
- Next, we will define the tone and language we’ll use to communicate with your audience. This is one of the most important elements.
- Additionally, I will provide instructions for an AI (GPT assistant) that will help create content or develop content plans according to your brand platform.
- The logo is just the visible tip of the iceberg. It’s crucial to first build the substance that will attract the audience, and only then does the logo become recognizable. A logo is not a brand, and no one will care about it unless you have a strong strategy in place.
4. Visual identity development:
- Once we’ve established the tone and philosophy, we’ll move on to creating the **visual identity**: logo, slogan, brand graphics, and color scheme. Visual elements should fully reflect your brand’s concept. We will adapt all visuals for physical formats and digital platforms.
5. Merchandise and brand rituals:
- We will develop a merchandise concept based on your budget and goals. This could include physical products or symbolic brand elements that reinforce your image.
- We can also create brand rituals that become part of your unique brand style. For example, specific rituals for salons or shops that enhance the customer experience.
- Why is merch important and why do I include it in the MVP package? Merchandise is a way to strengthen your brand's presence in the real world. If it’s useful in everyday life (like bamboo-handled eyelash brushes for the "Taïna" salon), it becomes not only a reminder of your brand but also a tool to increase brand recognition.
- Unique and quality packaging encourages customers to take photos, share them on social media, creating natural user-generated marketing that amplifies your brand's reach.
- Merchandise serves as a constant reminder of your brand: customers will think about your business daily, creating emotional attachment. The next time they need a product or service, they will choose you.
6. Content strategy and social media templates:
- Many offline businesses don’t know how to position themselves online. Together, we’ll create a content strategy that simplifies content creation and management based on your capabilities. This includes designing templates for posts and guidelines on how to use them.
- I’ll help you determine what to post, how often, and in what format to best present your brand.
7. Basic landing page:
- To get started quickly, I will create a basic landing page (for example, on a platform like Bitly or similar) with links to your services and platforms. This template is easy to edit, allowing you to manage it yourself.
8. Brand guide and instructions:
- Once the work is complete, you will receive a brand guide — a document describing your brand, its philosophy, tone, logo, and colors. It will also include instructions on how to use your brand materials.
9. GPT-bots for content automation:
- To make managing social media easier, based on the brand strategy, I’ll create three GPT assistants:
- GPT content planner:
Creates content plans fully aligned with the brand strategy, considering the brand’s tone and philosophy. The content plan will include types of posts, their frequency, and themes that resonate with your audience.
- GPT copywriter:
Writes social media posts based on the content plan and brand strategy, minimizing the need for manual content creation, saving you time and resources.
- GPT video scriptwriter:
Generates scripts for short videos (Reels, TikTok, etc.) in line with your brand’s values and ideas. This makes it easy to create video content that reflects your brand’s spirit and engages your audience.
Integration into the process:
- Brand tone of voice: The GPT-bots will work in accordance with the brand’s tone of voice, ensuring that all text and content maintain a consistent style and voice.
- Content strategy: All plans and content will align with the pre-approved strategy and brand goals.
This process will build a strong foundation for your brand, from the brand platform and tone to visual identity, AI automation, and merchandise elements.

FAQs

  • I already have a logo and slogan, but no brand strategy. Can we work with what I have?

Yes, we can. However, it often turns out that the existing logo doesn’t align with the brand’s philosophy and goals, which can lead to negative consequences. In one project I worked on for a large holding company, we faced a situation where the already patented logo didn’t reflect what the company was actually doing. It took about six months to convince the management to change the logo, and during that time, billions were wasted on ineffective ad campaigns because the visual identity didn’t match the message. Large corporations can be slow to adapt, but it’s an important point to consider. Sometimes, it’s easier to start fresh to save resources down the line. That said, I can still work with what you already have.

  • I rely on word-of-mouth. Why do I need a social media strategy? I don’t have time for it, and my business is very local.

Managing social media doesn’t have to mean posting every day. Based on your situation, it could be as simple as posting once a week just to remind your customers about you. I will also provide tools to help you create content, even if you have no experience. We can start with templates on user-friendly platforms like CapCut or Canva, and use GPT-bots to help you come up with content ideas. Even if it’s just four posts a month, the bot will generate a content plan for you. I recommend starting with at least 9 posts and a few Reels to talk about your brand, products, and philosophy, and filling in your Highlights. After that, you can manage the account at your own pace. Keep in mind that your clients may want to mention your business on social media, and having a well-presented business account will work in your favor, enhancing word-of-mouth and attracting new customers.

  • I can’t imagine what kind of merch I could have for a grocery store.

In the case of a grocery store, you may not need traditional merch. However, consider things like your price tags or branded bags — yes, bags are part of merchandising too. Your brand name is on the bag, and the customer takes it out of the store. They walk down the street with it, maybe put it in their car, and later take it out, and their neighbors see it. This increases your brand’s presence and recognition. Don’t overlook these details.

  • Is there a starter package for online businesses, like apps or websites?

I’ve worked with these types of projects extensively, and it’s rare for them to come with a clean slate. That’s why I don’t offer a standard package — it all depends on what you already have. You might have a landing page, whitepapers, or part of a strategy in place. Also, the platforms you need for positioning may vary: perhaps Instagram isn’t the best fit, and you need Medium, ProductHunt, LinkedIn, or something else. This approach requires more time and customization compared to an offline business.

  • Why isn’t packaging design included in this package?

Packaging design is a highly individual aspect, and the type of packaging can vary depending on your product. The cost of packaging design also fluctuates. For this reason, packaging identity is not part of the starter package, but we can include it upon request for an additional fee.

  • I’m a startup, and I don’t have the budget for a full brand strategy. Can we minimize the starter package, for example, just the logo and slogan?

The logo is really the final touch, like the cherry on top. If you feel like you only need a logo right now and aren’t ready for a full strategy, my advice is to hold off on the logo for now. A logo alone doesn’t create brand associations and won’t be a strong element without a proper strategy. In fact, after you develop a strategy, you’ll likely need to redesign the logo anyway. In my experience, I once joined a project where the CEO spent three months creating a logo, playing with colors and designs, before even assembling the team. When it came time to launch the product, we had to urgently redo the visual identity because it didn’t align with the strategy we built. That’s why it’s essential to lay the groundwork with a brand strategy first.

  • Will I receive finished merch or just the concept?

You will receive only the concept for the merch. However, we will discuss the estimated cost of production for small batches upfront and calculate how much it would cost to create one item of merch. It’s important to understand your budget for this. Merch is a powerful tool that works for you with minimal investment because it generates emotions. But it’s crucial to create merch that isn’t just for the sake of having it, but something that truly enhances and strengthens your business. The package includes only the concept.

  • Can I replace the creation of merch with something else?

In some cases, we can replace the creation of merch with brand rituals. If you have a physical brand, such as a beauty salon, spa, or even a medical center, rituals for welcoming clients can be a powerful tool. For example, offering a special cup of coffee or tea when greeting a client can be designed in a way that encourages them to take a photo and share it on social media. Rituals are created with the goal of evoking emotions, and while they are part of the service, the ultimate goal is to get the client to share the experience, generating UGC (User-Generated Content). We can replace merch with rituals if it makes more sense for your brand. For example, in a beauty salon, we designed a unique treat — cocoa beans in chocolate — to offer instead of standard candies. In a cafe, we included a magical pouch with fortune cookies when delivering the bill. These little details create a memorable brand experience and strengthen emotional connections with your customers.

  • I’m concerned that you’re not asking for my preferences on color schemes or what I want for the logo.

I’m always open to hearing your preferences, but it’s important to remember that every color has an endless range of shades. If you have a strong preference for a particular color, we can certainly find a tone that aligns with your brand strategy. However, it’s also crucial to consider your competitors and differentiate yourself, including through your color palette, to avoid confusion. I’ve had a case where the colors of our brand were too similar to a competitor’s. Since the competitor was already well-established, our advertising ended up benefiting them more than us. If your colors are too close to a well-known player in the market, you might unintentionally strengthen their brand instead of your own.

  • There’s too much information at the start. It’s hard to focus, and I don’t like filling out briefs.

No problem. We can set up an online session where I’ll help identify the real needs of your brand and what you want to communicate. You can tell me about your product, and I’ll ask the necessary questions. If it’s more convenient for you, we can even do this in a chat format, where I’ll ask questions and you can respond at your own pace.

  • Based on what you’ve said, you seem to have extensive experience, but why do you have so few projects in your portfolio?

First of all, preparing a project for a portfolio often takes more time than creating the project itself. That’s why I’ve chosen to display only the most recent and relevant work. You can also find part of my many years of experience on my Behance profile, linked in my bio. There aren’t too many projects there either, but they will give you a sense of my longevity and success in the field.

  • Q: I don’t know how to use AI and I’m not confident with GPT chats.

Don’t worry, it’s really simple. I’ll guide you through how to use GPT-bots so they work for your brand. Everything is set up to be user-friendly, and even if you have no experience with AI, I’ll help you get familiar with the basic functions. It will become an easy and effective tool for generating content.

  • Why don’t you have any reviews?

This is a new project on this platform, but I have years of experience behind me. You can check out my work on Behance and see examples of my recent projects

  • How can I be sure of your professionalism?

I have years of experience working with brands of all sizes, including large corporations. If you want, I can share the names of some of these companies in a private message. Due to NDA restrictions, I can’t disclose them publicly, but I have led design departments, including brand design, for companies in a globally recognized holding. This holding is known worldwide, as it also operates in oil and gas sectors. Trust me, someone without significant expertise wouldn’t be appointed as a top-level design manager in such organizations. However, due to my personal decision to leave Russia, I’m starting fresh with this new project

  • What’s included in the package price?

Each package clearly outlines what you’ll receive: from brand strategy and visual identity to content planning and GPT-bots for automation. We can go over all the details before starting the project.

  • Why should I choose you over competitors?

I don’t just offer design services — I provide a comprehensive package that includes strategy, content, and automation. This ensures you get a strong brand with minimal time and effort on your part.

  • What kind of support will I get after the project is finished?

After the project is completed, you’ll receive all the necessary materials and instructions on how to use them. I’m also available for additional support if you have any questions about the materials or GPT-bots.

  • What guarantees do I have that the results will meet my expectations?

In my experience, I haven’t had a case where a client was dissatisfied with the results. My expertise allows me to understand client needs and expectations, ensuring that the work I deliver is of high quality and truly meets the objectives.
