We'll start by holding a kick off call. This is a chance for us to dive into your goals and aspirations in more detail, and build an understanding of what we need to learn to generate insight that will inform strategy development. The output of this stage is a discovery brief - a document outlining the questions we're looking to answer. This will determine which of the below discovery stages we need to go through, and in how much detail.

Employing a variety of tools from YouGov to analytics and CRM data we dive into your audience and existing customers - sparking insights that shape marketing strategy, impactful campaigns and innovative products. Stakeholder Interviews
If required, we will hold 1 hour long individual stakeholder interviews. The purpose of these is to extract insight and goals which may not be written down or found in data. It's also a great chance to understand your resources and capabilities - ensuring we develop an actionable strategy.

Discovery Presentation
