Process

We'll start with a discovery call. This doesn't cost a dime - it's a chance for us to meet and for me and to understand what you're trying to achieve and why you need support. It's mostly you talking and me listening! From here we'll outline a scope of work. We'll send it over for you to review, then jump on a call to work through it and adjust as required. Once signed up we'll begin your onboarding, and work through the deliverables we've outlined. Please refer to the "what's included" tab for a full explanation of process and deliverables. At a top-line level we follow a "Discover, Decide, Deliver" approach: DISCOVER We utilise a range of tools to understand your organisation and your business. We research and segment audiences, nail-down your objectives, and comprehensively understand your competitors and their capabilities. We produce recommendations borne from this insight which inform strategy, product, and campaign development. DECIDE We make key decisions based on insight and lay down a strategy or plan to achieve your objectives. We work with you, teams across your organisation and your partners to ensure all the pieces of the puzzle fit together and determine how to implement your strategy or deliver your campaign or new product. DELIVER We get our hands dirty and deliver the required elements to implement the strategy or plan. We deliver creative, build websites and checkouts, manage campaigns across traditional and digital channels, buy and optimise digital media, and design and develop new products. If somethings not working as it should or your campaign isn’t performing, we’ll use all the tools at our disposal to find out why and fix it.

  • Kick Off & Discovery Brief

    We'll start by holding a kick off call. This is a chance for us to dive into your goals and aspirations in more detail, and build an understanding of what we need to learn to generate insight that will inform strategy development. The output of this stage is a discovery brief - a document outlining the questions we're looking to answer. This will determine which of the below discovery stages we need to go through, and in how much detail.

  • Audience Research

    Employing a variety of tools from YouGov to analytics and CRM data we dive into your audience and existing customers - sparking insights that shape marketing strategy, impactful campaigns and innovative products. Our audience research & segmentation process involves: • Building detailed audience segments and profiles, including demographics and motivations • Identifying creative tactics and messaging that prompt action • Selecting optimal channels and digital targeting parameters We also spotlight growth audiences – willing to engage with your brand if the right proposition is put in front of them!

  • Market Insight

    The landscape for brands is dynamic and ever-evolving. We'll analyse your sector and your competition as well as ongoing trends impact your audience. We'll extract crucial insights relevant to your brand and its mission, offering strategic recommendations to capitalise on opportunities and mitigate risks.

  • Stakeholder Interviews

    If required, we will hold 1 hour long individual stakeholder interviews. The purpose of these is to extract insight and goals which may not be written down or found in data. It's also a great chance to understand your resources and capabilities - ensuring we develop an actionable strategy.

  • Performance Analysis

    A comprehensive digital audit provides the foundation for growth. We assess your digital marketing footprint, from your website and CRM to paid advertising and email journeys- identifying strengths and pinpointing areas for improvement.

  • Discovery Presentation

    We'll bring all of our findings across each of the above discovery pillars into one discovery document, which we will present back to you over a video call. At the end of the document we'll outline the key insights and recommendations which will inform the development of your integrated growth marketing strategy.
