Process

We'll start with a discovery call. This doesn't cost a dime - it's a chance for us to meet and for me and to understand what you're trying to achieve and why you need support. It's mostly you talking and me listening! From here we'll outline a scope of work. We'll send it over for you to review, then jump on a call to work through it and adjust as required. Once signed up we'll begin your onboarding, and work through the deliverables we've outlined.

DISCOVER
We utilise a range of tools to understand your organisation and your business. We research and segment audiences, nail-down your objectives, and comprehensively understand your competitors and their capabilities. We produce recommendations borne from this insight which inform strategy, product, and campaign development.
DECIDE
We make key decisions based on insight and lay down a strategy or plan to achieve your objectives. We work with you, teams across your organisation and your partners to ensure all the pieces of the puzzle fit together and determine how to implement your strategy or deliver your campaign or new product.
DELIVER
We get our hands dirty and deliver the required elements to implement the strategy or plan. We deliver creative, build websites and checkouts, manage campaigns across traditional and digital channels, buy and optimise digital media, and design and develop new products. If somethings not working as it should or your campaign isn’t performing, we’ll use all the tools at our disposal to find out why and fix it.

What's included

  • Kick Off Call

    We'll start by holding a kick off call. This is a chance for us to dive into your goals and aspirations in more detail, and build an understanding of key success factors, blockers and technical capabilities and resources.

  • Discovery & Performance Audit

    Dive deep into your brand's current digital footprint with our Discovery & Performance Audit. We'll assess your existing campaigns, strategies and performance by platform to uncover actionable insights and opportunities for growth. At a more granular level, we'll assess your customer journey step by step to determine where any drop off is occuring and why it's occuring. We will develop a presentation that outlines the customer journey, pinpoints any key issues, and lays down recommendations to fix the issue and optimise your conversion rate. This will be presented to you via video call and shared afterwards.

  • Testing Plan

    If required, we'll develop a comprehensive test plan that outlines what needs to be tested, why, how it should be tested, metrics to measure success, and a testing timeline showing you what will be tested when. This is built in an excel document, with a video call held to walk your team through it. If it's a comprehensive testing plan and multiple stakeholders are involved we may also produce a presentation allowing you to disseminate key info more easily.

  • Delivery

    Based on the discovery we'll typically embark on one or multiple of the following: • A/B Testing: Experimenting with different page layouts, messaging, and calls to action to find the most effective combinations • User Experience (UX) Analysis: Streamlining navigation and interactions to ensure a seamless, intuitive user experience • Persuasive Design: Implementing design principles that subtly guide users towards taking desired actions • Performance optimisation: Technical solutions to improve page load speed and functionality • Test & Learn: Leveraging analytics to continually refine and optimize the conversion process
