Campaigns are our bread and butter! From brand awareness to driving engagement, leads and sales - we plan and execute integrated and digital marketing campaigns for purpose-led brands that drive action and results. We’re experienced in:

Process

PROCESS
We'll start with a discovery call. This doesn't cost a dime - it's a chance for us to meet and for me and to understand what you're trying to achieve and why you need support. It's mostly you talking and me listening! From here we'll outline a scope of work. We'll send it over for you to review, then jump on a call to work through it and adjust as required. Once signed up we'll begin your onboarding, and work through the deliverables we've outlined.
Please refer to the "what's included" tab for a full explanation of process and deliverables. At a top-line level we follow a "Discover, Decide, Deliver" approach:
DISCOVER
We utilise a range of tools to understand your organisation and your business. We research and segment audiences, nail-down your objectives, and comprehensively understand your competitors and their capabilities. We produce recommendations borne from this insight which inform strategy, product, and campaign development.
DECIDE
We make key decisions based on insight and lay down a strategy or plan to achieve your objectives. We work with you, teams across your organisation and your partners to ensure all the pieces of the puzzle fit together and determine how to implement your strategy or deliver your campaign or new product.
DELIVER
We get our hands dirty and deliver the required elements to implement the strategy or plan. We deliver creative, build websites and checkouts, manage campaigns across traditional and digital channels, buy and optimise digital media, and design and develop new products. If somethings not working as it should or your campaign isn’t performing, we’ll use all the tools at our disposal to find out why and fix it.

What's included

  • Kick Off

    We'll start by holding a kick off call. This is a chance for us to dive into your goals and aspirations in more detail, and build an understanding of key success factors, blockers and technical capabilities and resources. Unless a discovery is required there is no output at this stage - we dive straight into the campaign plan. We would expect you're following an existing strategy and have a clear idea of your audience. If that's not the case don't worry! We'll conduct a rapid discovery prior to planning your campaign to ensure we have the data we need. The output in this case would be a rapid discovery brief - a document outlining the questions we're looking to answer.

  • Rapid Discovery (If Required)

    We'll dive into your data, assessing advertising platforms, your CRM, analytics and other reports and reviews we can get our hands on. You'll recieve a detailed report identifying your audience and your strengths, weaknesses and opportunities in your current digital marketing efforts, with actionable insights to drive improvement and performance.

  • Campaign Planning

    The output at this stage is a detailed campaign plan in PDF format that outlines objectives, KPIs and targets, key messaging and the creative concept for the campaign, target audience, channel strategy, and timelines to guide execution and achieve campaign goals. This ensures all stakeholders are on the same page, and everyone is clear on what needs doing, when and by who. If we're developing an integrated campaign that includes multiple teams at your organisation or has signifcant budget, we'll typically develop and get sign-off on a top-line campaign strategy before diving into the more detailed campaign plan.

  • Integrated Media Planning

    If you’re using your marketing budget to run offline and/or digital marketing campaigns then you need effective media planning. Years of running integrated marketing campaigns at scale have taught me a thing or two. These learnings are applied to our detailed media plans – complete with required assets, budget allocations, targets and detailed forecasts for each channel. If your campaign includes offline media, then we often work in partnership with your media agency to ensure accuracy of forecasts and alignment between stakeholders.

  • Creative Development

    Get custom-designed creative assets and content tailored to your campaign, crafted to engage your target audience and drive conversions across chosen platforms.

  • Digital Campaign Setup

    We'll prepare your campaign infrastructure on chosen platforms, including targeting, ad set creation, and conversion tracking integration.

  • Ongoing Campaign Management & Optimisation

    Benefit from ongoing campaign management, including regular adjustments and optimisations based on real-time performance data to ensure maximum efficiency and return on investment.

  • Monthly & End Of Campaign Review

    At the end of each campaign you'll receive a comprehensive report analysing performance, key metrics, and learnings, along with recommendations for future strategy and improvements. We'll also hold a monthly review throughout the campaign (or more reguarly if required) where we'll asses how we're tracking against target.
