This ensures all stakeholders are on the same page, and everyone is clear on what needs doing, when and by who.
If we're developing an integrated campaign that includes multiple teams at your organisation or has signifcant budget, we'll typically develop and get sign-off on a top-line campaign strategy before diving into the more detailed campaign plan.
