I will assist the team in the interview process, by participating in the process on behalf of the company, to help vet the candidate's qualifications through a direct conversation with the candidate, either as part of a group setting or one-on-one (depending on the process the company follows) and provide written feedback and a score related to their proficiencies needed for the position. I will do this for up to two rounds of interviews per candidate, for a maximum of 15 candidates (additional candidates or interview rounds for an additional fee). Will participate in any internal sessions discussing candidates to provide feedback based on my experience, for the candidates being discussed.
