• How long does the process take?

  The turnaround time for your branding project may vary depending on the project size, how closely we work together, and how many revisions we need to make. Typically, our brand design process takes 2 to 8 weeks to complete, depending on which package you choose. If you're interested in our essential brand package and in a hurry, consider a VIP Design Sprint! We may be able to lay the foundation of your brand in just one day.

• How many revisions are included?

  Our branding packages include several revisions, depending on your chosen package. Typically, we offer two rounds of revisions for your flight paths and 2-4 rounds of revisions for your final brand collateral. This ensures that you are satisfied with the final product.

• Do you offer web design services?

  Yes, we offer website design services in addition to our branding packages. Our website design services can be purchased separately. To get started, designing a website requires at least a logo, color palette, and typography kit. So, if you don’t already have a brand, start here! We’ll figure out your website right after. If you need a quick website to start promoting your brand, consider scheduling two or three VIP Design Sprints with us. Day 1 can focus on your branding, Day 2 on your website foundation, and Day 3 can cover any additional touch-ups or assets you need to be created.

• Can you work with my existng materials? Can I bring sketches.

  Yes, we can work with your existing branding materials and incorporate them into the new design as needed. Additionally, we can update and refresh your current branding to give it a more modern and cohesive look.

• What if i'm not happy with the final product?

  We aim to deliver a final product that satisfies all our clients. However, if you are unhappy with the design, we offer several revisions to make any necessary changes. If you are still unsatisfied after the revisions, we will work with you to find a solution that meets your needs.
