Summary
The development process can take 4-6 weeks to accomplish depending on digital tool set up and other specific requirements for your digital marketing.
Once you're set up and coached on the value of these tools and how when integrated, they can work towards your business objectives - we can execute an organized and consistent strategy and track results. There are best practices to digital marketing, however it is not a one size fits all. There will be continuous experimentation to see what is working best for you and your business. I can continue to operate your digital marketing after the development process.
Communication is key. I will lead the initial discover meeting (approx. 1hr) and host a separate meeting to discuss the overall strategy (approx. 30 min). Please allow 3-5 business days between these two meetings to allot time for developing the strategy.
Once the strategy is confirmed and delivered, it is expected for us to touch base at least once a week to discuss and confirm any details regarding tool set up and how to operate. We can decide together what the weekly touchpoint schedule will look like.
This is for your business, so your input is vital. Creating an online marketing strategy is a collaborative effort, but you can rely on me to spearhead and provide clarity. I will keep you informed and updated throughout the way.

Discovery Meeting (Approx. 1hr)
We will use this time to discuss the current state of your business, what you have tried so far and what goals you have for your business both short and long term. I will utilize what we discuss along with industry research to create a comprehensive digital marketing strategy. I will lead the conversation, but please feel free to share as much as possible. The more information, the more thorough we can get.
Digital Marketing Strategy (Copy for Record)
Based on the details you've shared along with my own research, I will present a high level online marketing strategy for your business. We will review for any updates to be made before I send you a copy to keep for your business to follow.
Website Marketing
If you have an existing website, we will review how to optimize it for your business objectives and discuss how to track performance using analytics. If you have yet to create a website, I can assist with initial set up as well.
Email Marketing
We will set up an email campaigning software if you're not using one yet and have a strategy in place to decipher how you'll stay in touch with your clients, what to share and how to interpret the analytics to see what is driving the most engagement and business.
Social Media Marketing
We will select the social media platforms that are relevant for your business and establish a professional online profile. Details including scheduling, content, hashtags that are best for your business and business goals will be shared. In addition, how to track performance and gain leads from engagement.
If You Choose to Continue with Digital Marketing Management
After developing and setting up the digital tools and strategy, we can decide if you'd like me to continue actively managing your digital marketing. This will consist of content creation, underwriting/copywriting, SEO management in addition to following the developed strategy. This will be executed with your business goals in mind and depending on the type of content best suited for your business.
