  • What is the scope of the reporting?

    This project is conducting a basic health check of content within the organization. It will identify a few quick wins and strategic suggestions for improvement. It will not include roadmaps, implementation assistance, or new software recommendations. Those can be addressed in another project if desired.

  • How long will the audit take?

    I give an estimate of 4 weeks. That gives time for filling out the surveys, scheduling meetings, and my analysis. The time can be shorter if there is a quick turn around of the customer steps.

  • Are you using ChatGPT or AI?

    This report is not just an AI summary, these ratings and insights come from my years of experience working with content. We spend time creating content to enable real people. And as with people, actionable content can require us to read between the lines and reject one-size-fits-all solutions.
