Process

My Workflow Includes:

Discovery Call/Chat: Here, we start with a quick call to discuss all about your brand, goals, style, and everything you need your website to do. This is where we ask each other questions and see if we are a good fit.

Quote and Proposal: Based on our conversation, I'll send over a custom quote with all the details from pricing, timeline, and expected deliverables.

Contract and Deposit: Once we are in alignment and you're happy with the proposal, we'll lock things in with a simple contract and a deposit to seal our commitment.

Content and Prep: After deposit has been confirmed, you'll be added to a shared Notion board so we can track tasks and progress together. You'll also get a Google Drive link where you can upload all your content (images, copy, logos etc) for the site.

Design and Build: Once everything is set, I'll get to work drafting, designing and building out your site.

Review & Revisions: This is where we get to review design drafts, and high-fidelity designs for your site, and request changes where necessary. This is to ensure we are building something that's actually unique to you.

Launch and Handoff: Once we are on the same page after the final review, we'll launch your new site into the world, announce on social media and create buzz around it. You'll also get a quick walkthrough on how to manage your site post-launch or opt for my add-on service where I handle the site management for you.

FAQs

How long does it take to build a website?
It all depends on the size, features, platform of your choice, and content availability. But most projects typically take around 2-4 weeks. A realistic timeline will be agreed on during the onboarding stage.
What do I need to get started?
You come with the idea, goals, problem you are trying to solve, and every possible content for your site (images, copy, branding etc). Not sure what you need exactly, not to worry, as we'll sort it out together on our discovery call.
Do your rates cover the cost of platform subscriptions?
No, they do not. Platform subscription fees aren't included in my rates. You'll handle that part separately, but I'll let you know exactly what you need and guide you through the setup.

Get up to 3-5 pages
This includes the design and setup of key pages for your site like Home, About, Services, Shop (including shop setup), Blog, Contact etc. The number of pages can be adjusted to your project scope.
Basic SEO Setup
On-page SEO essentials for better search engine visibility, like meta titles, descriptions, heading structure, optimized images, alt text, etc.
Forms & Tools Integration/ Embedded Social Links
Integrated forms that connect directly to your inbox or CRM, embedded social links and integration with tools like Calendly, Mailchimp (where necessary), to make it easy for site visitors to reach you or convert.
Final Handover Kit
A detailed walkthrough or guide, to help you manage and maintain your website on your own
Post-Launch Revisions
One round of revision within 7-21 days of launch, to review site performance and make adjustments based on user feedback.
Website Management (Optional)
This involves ongoing support for updates on your site, maintenance, and content edits, so you can focus on growing your brand/business while your site is functioning at its best.
Custom "Links" Page
Ditch Linktree, and get a customized on-brand page designed to house all your links in one place, to allow your audience from other platforms easily take the required action.
