I offer a full UX audit and website redesign to help you figure out what's not working, fix it, and refresh your site with a clean, user-friendly design. It's all about making your site easier to use, clearer to navigate, and more aligned with your goals. When you choose this service, you are investing in both strategy and design, tailored to get your site back up working for you.

Process

My Workflow Includes:
Discovery Call/Chat: Here, we start with a quick call to discuss all about your brand, goals, style, and everything you need your website to do. This is where we ask each other questions and see if we are a good fit.
Quote and Proposal: Based on our conversation, I'll send over a custom quote with all the details from pricing, timeline, and expected deliverables.
Contract and Deposit: Once we are in alignment and you're happy with the proposal, we'll lock things in with a simple contract and a deposit to seal our commitment.
UX Audit: To kick-off the project, I'll first do a full review of your current site, from usability and layout to navigation, mobile experience, and flow. Then I'll share a clear audit report with findings and improvement recommendations.
Content and Prep: Based on the audit, we'll identify what content needs to be updated, rewritten, or reorganized. We'll also highlight key UX issues with your site that need to be fixed. Then you'll get a Google Drive link where you can upload all new content (images, copy, branding etc) needed for the site. You'll also be added to a shared Notion board where we can track tasks and progress together.
Redesign and Rebuild: Once everything is set, I'll get to work drafting and redesigning your site (Homepage and other key pages based on insights from the audit).
Review & Revisions: This is where we get to review design drafts, and high-fidelity designs for your site, and request changes where necessary. This is to ensure we are building something that's actually unique to you.
Launch and Handoff: Once we are on the same page after the final review, we'll launch your new site into the world, announce on social media and create buzz around it. You'll also get a quick walkthrough on how to manage your site post-launch, or opt for my add-on service where I handle the site management for you.

FAQs

  • How long does it take to build a website?

    It all depends on the size, features, platform of your choice, and content availability. But most projects typically take around 2-4 weeks. A realistic timeline will be agreed on during the onboarding stage.

  • What do I need to get started?

    You come with the idea, goals, problem you are trying to solve, and every possible content for your site (images, copy, branding etc). Not sure what you need exactly, not to worry, as we'll sort it out together on our discovery call.

  • Do your rates cover the cost of platform subscriptions?

    No, they do not. Platform subscription fees aren't included in my rates. You'll handle that part separately, but I'll let you know exactly what you need and guide you through the setup.

    Here your website gets a fresh new look. This includes a redesign of your homepage and other core pages, based on insights from the UX audit - to better reflect your brand and improve user experience.

  • Responsive Design Updates

    All redesigned pages will be fully responsive, ensuring a smooth experience across desktop and mobile devices.

  • Basic SEO Setup

    Your site gets an updated page structure, heading hierarchy, image optimization, and metadata setup to help your site perform better in search engines.

  • Final Design Handoff

    Once implementation has been concluded and approved, your redesigned site will be ready to go live again.
