Process

My Workflow Includes:
Discovery Call/Chat: Here, we start with a quick call to understand what kind of support your site needs - from updates and content changes to full-on store management. We'll also figure out if ongoing support (monthly) is the right fit for you, or a one-off quick update/maintenance.
Quote and Proposal: After our conversation, I'll send over a custom quote based on the type of support you need for your site. The proposal will have all the details from pricing, discounts (if applicable), to timeline and expected deliverables.
Contract and Deposit: Once we are in alignment and you're happy with the proposal, we'll lock things in with a simple contract and a deposit to seal our commitment. For ongoing support, the contract will include cancellation terms, so you can easily opt out with no hassle.
Access and Onboarding: This is where you'll share login access to your Squarespace or Shopify site, and drop any existing content, product info, or requests, into a shared Google Drive folder.
Website Support & Maintenance: Once everything is set, I'll get to work - handling content updates, product uploads, layout tweaks, store maintenance, UX audits as the case may be. All progress will be monitored and documented in Notion and Google Drive.

    You can book a call directly from my calendar, we'll do a quick call to go over what you need, and we'll take it up from there.

  • How do I know if I need ongoing support?

    If you find yourself needing updates often like adding new products, changing content regularly, or just not wanting to deal with the backend at all - ongoing support might be a better fit. But if you only need help once in a while, a one-off session could be all you need. We can figure that out together during our initial chat.

  • How is this service priced?

    For one-time support, you can book me at a fixed or hourly rate depending on the task. On the other hand, ongoing support starts at a fixed monthly rate, with room to adjust based on how much help you'll need each month. If your site requires more hands-on work, we'll chat and update the rate accordingly. Also, if I designed your website myself, you'll get a discount on your management plan as an appreciation for sticking with me!
