Who is this service for?
This is for business owners, creatives, or anyone with a Squarespace or Shopify site who wants things updated but doesn't have the time (or interest) to do it themselves. Whether you need a quick fix or want someone to keep your site updated regularly, this service saves you time and keeps your site looking good.
How do I get started?
You can book a call directly from my calendar, we'll do a quick call to go over what you need, and we'll take it up from there.
How do I know if I need ongoing support?
If you find yourself needing updates often like adding new products, changing content regularly, or just not wanting to deal with the backend at all - ongoing support might be a better fit. But if you only need help once in a while, a one-off session could be all you need. We can figure that out together during our initial chat.
How is this service priced?
For one-time support, you can book me at a fixed or hourly rate depending on the task. On the other hand, ongoing support starts at a fixed monthly rate, with room to adjust based on how much help you'll need each month. If your site requires more hands-on work, we'll chat and update the rate accordingly. Also, if I designed your website myself, you'll get a discount on your management plan as an appreciation for sticking with me!
