What Platforms are Used?
We're big fans of Wix Studio and certified, and so are our clients, though we're also certified for HubSpot and comfortable with Shopify, BigCommerce, and WordPress. We typically use Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn for ads. For stand-alone email, we're very comfortable with MailChimp, Constant Contact, or Emma, and we're happy to add others.
Are AI Tools Used?
Yes, we fully embrace AI, though we view it as an aid to creative thinking, writing, and productivity, but not a substitute for the critical thinking and evaluation that humans expect.
Is Continuing Support Included?
We include 7 days of post-launch website support to fix anything not caught during testing, debugging, and proofing. Ongoing Support Options Technical: For additional or post-launch technical assistance, adding features and functions, or occasional fixes. Available anytime hourly on weekdays, pending daily commitments. Marketing & Creative Work: For business, marketing, creative strategy, planning, writing, and design. Available anytime hourly on weekdays, pending daily commitments. We often provide monthly support on a retainer basis, starting at $150 per month for 1-2 hours and additional projects with fixed estimates based on rates of $75 - $95 per hour.
