Client portal
Organization is fundamental for reaching the goal! We'll invite you to your own Client Portal where you will be able to put in all of your design requests!
Design support
This service will have a wide range of unlimited graphic design support, included but not limited to: social graphics, icons, business cards, one-sheet PDF, flyers, event designs...
Note that larger and more complex projects example, brand identity, visual identity and website design are excluded in this service. Please refer to my other services on these for more information.
The subscription
This is a monthly subscription service for professionals, marketing teams and agencies with numerous design need each month.
You'll be charged every 31 days (you can delete your subscription every time you need). If you don't have enough projects for a month, we suggest you to ask for project rate, and pause the subscription.
FAQs
Most projects are divided into two payments: a 50% deposit and 50% final payment - for flat fee projects, Contra will ask you (the client) the full payment and only release the 50% deposit to be released to me immediately and the other 50% is on hold until the project is complete. On larger projects, we can set milestones for payments.
Contra is 100% commission-free! However, Clients will be charged a Stripe processing fee for each payment. Credit card information is never stored on Contra as we manage payments through Stripe.
We kindly suggest that you to submit design requests at least one week in advance so that we can adequately prepare and deliver on time.
We understand that sometimes urgent requests may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate them. However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee timely completion if we have a high client workload.
Here at Tiny Raven we prefer to give your project all the time it deserve, so we said goodby to call, meeting and stuff like that. We can communicate via email to discuss your project and present the first round of concepts, or we can also use the comment section under each task on Trello.
Yes! I always manage long distance projects, a big part of my client isn't in Europe and even don't speak italian, we can use english instead and manage everything with the help of Trello and emails.
No, but I can do what I can with the help of ChatGPT and other AI tools. I highly recommend hiring a copywriter for heavy copy work.
Sure! It's pretty common to be approached for supporting graphics, even if a client already has other graphics designed previously.
We have a custom-designed Trello client portal for our retainer clients. This system has been the most effective for us when it comes to design requests. You can submit all your request through your Client Portal, and we will be notified of your input. We will then contact you via email to confirm your request.
