FAQs

Do you offer payment plans?
Most projects are divided into two payments: a 50% deposit and 50% final payment - for flat fee projects, Contra will ask you (the client) the full payment and only release the 50% deposit to be released to me immediately and the other 50% is on hold until the project is complete. Learn more about Contra for Clients here! (https://contra.com/blog/vqesvk3B-contra-for-clients) On larger projects, we can set milestones for payments. Contra is 100% commission-free! However, Clients will be charged a Stripe processing fee for each payment. Credit card information is never stored on Contra as we manage payments through Stripe.
How long does it take to complete a project?
Our service turnaround times may vary depending on the project, but we do have expedited spots available. Feel free to inquire and ask us about our availability! For a general timeline, our logo design process typically takes between 1-2 weeks, while our brand identity projects can vary from 3-5 weeks. Lastly, our website projects can take anywhere from 3-4 weeks. *Please note that the timeline for your project may vary based on its unique requirements and the speed of communication in which feedback is received.
How will we communicate?
Because english isn't my first language and I'm not always in the studio, I feel more convenient communicating via mail, to discuss your project and present the first round of concepts. For shorter communications, we’ll use email or you can use the comment sectioin under each Trello task.
We don't live in the same city. Can we still work together?
Sure we can! 99% of our clients are not local, so we manage projects long distance using live and pre-recorded video.
We need a website. Can you create a website for us?
Yep! We offer website design currently for a limited amount of slots. I currently use Squarespace, Wix or Webflow.
Do you do copywriting?
No, but I can do what I can with the help of AI tools. I highly recommend hiring a copywriter for heavy copywork (there are tons of great copywriters here on Contra!)
If I have my logo designed by someone else, can you help with other designs?
Yes! Some of our past clients already had their logos designed by someone else but approached us to expand on their brand.

An important first step to our project! Let's talk via mail about your brand and let me know more about it. We'll nail down your goals, how to achieve them, and your brand strategy.
Brand Strategy Questionnaire
Let's uncover the true essence, personality, and purpose of your brand. This questionnaire will help you and us too, understand why your brand exists and how it can make a positive impact! It's a great opportunity to share all your thoughts and ideas.
Moodboards
Stylistic moodboard created specifically for your brand. This is the best way to let me understand perfectly what style you like.
Logo suite
Primary logo, and all it's alternative variations for different usage. This can include: secondary logo, alternative logo, submark logo, iconmark logo, etc.
Typography system
The font selected for your brand style.
Color palette
The colors who better fits your brand style and their code, so you can use exactly the same. If you have a color palette in mind already, send it over! If not, we can curate one for you.
Pattern
A custom pattern can be essential to a business because it helps reinforce brand recognition and identity across all touchpoints.
Guideline & Branding
How to use your new logo, color palette, font and pattern in a proper way and all the informations about the branding study.
Business Cards Design
We'll design the business card for your new brand, this can help your brand stand out from the crowd and be remembered long after you've parted ways with someone.
Social Media Post Templates
Social media templates can be useful for a brand because they provide a consistent and professional look and feel across all social media platforms, saving time and effort in creating new content. They also allow for easy customization and branding, ensuring that the brand's message is clear and cohesive.
Custom Icons
Custom brand icons are unique and original graphic elements designed specifically to represent a brand or company.
2 Revisions
I always include 2 round revisions during the process. Your true feedback will be fundamental to get the work done as you like.
Files
You'll receive all the file in high resolution for digital or print usage.
