1. Project Kickoff & Strategic Discovery Call We begin with a strategic discovery call to align on your event goals, audience, and presentation context. I’ll review any existing content, your brand guidelines, and the tone you want to strike—whether that’s bold, formal, conversational, or tailored to a specific setting. This ensures the presentation is built on a strong strategic foundation before design begins.

2. Concept & Visual Direction I design initial slides to set the visual direction, applying your brand colors, typography, and layout style. You’ll receive a preview of the overall look and pacing to ensure it aligns with your voice and the live format.

3. Full Deck Design I create a polished, high-impact deck tailored for live delivery — with simplified structure, large type, and visuals that support your message on screen. The number of slides depends on the tier selected (Basic, Standard, or Full Conference).

4. Revisions & Refinement After the first draft is shared, you can request up to three rounds of revisions to fine-tune visuals, adjust pacing, or refine the narrative. I’ll ensure it’s confident and compelling from the opening to the close.

5. Final Delivery & Implementation Support You’ll receive the final deck in your preferred format (PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Figma), along with a high-resolution PDF export and editable working files—ready for rehearsals, handouts, or stage delivery. I’ll also provide tailored advice on how to implement the presentation effectively, from adapting it for future use to tips for presenting with clarity and confidence.

You can choose from three options: - Basic Deck: up to 12 slides (Starting from $1180) - Standard Deck: 12–20 slides (Starting from $1800) - Full Conference Deck: 20–35 slides (Starting from $2500) Each is built for live delivery, with bold visuals, clean structure, and clear pacing.
How fast can you deliver the deck?
Most decks are delivered within 5–10 business days. For urgent presentations, rush delivery may be available — just reach out with your timeline and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

This helps ensure the final deck is not just on-brand, but purpose-built for impact on stage or screen.
Event & Conference Pitch Decks
You’ll receive a fully designed, brand-aligned presentation deck built for live delivery — with bold visuals, clean layouts, and clear pacing that keeps your audience engaged. Each slide is optimized for the stage, using larger type, simplified structure, and custom graphics to support your message in real time. You can choose from three tiers: the Basic Event Deck (up to 12 slides) for short keynotes or sponsor reveals; the Standard Event Deck (12–20 slides) for mid-length talks or brand announcements; or the Full Conference Deck (20–35 slides) for in-depth presentations, launch keynotes, or high-stakes commercial talks. Final files are delivered in PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Figma, and include 2–3 rounds of refinements plus a high-res export for easy sharing or printing.
Implementation Support
Once the deck is delivered, I’ll offer tailored advice on how to adapt it for the event setting—whether that’s trimming slides for time, adjusting pacing, or tweaking visuals for large screens. I can also advise on how to repurpose the deck for post-event follow-up, sharing, or future sessions.
