How fast can you deliver the deck?
Most decks are delivered within 5–10 business days. For urgent presentations, rush delivery may be available — just reach out with your timeline and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

Strategic Discovery Call
We kick off with a 30-minute discovery call to align on your event format, audience, and presentation goals. We’ll review any speaker notes, branding, and previous decks to identify what’s working—and what needs a refresh. This helps ensure the final deck is not just on-brand, but purpose-built for impact on stage or screen.
Event & Conference Pitch Decks
You’ll receive a fully designed, brand-aligned presentation deck built for live delivery — with bold visuals, clean layouts, and clear pacing that keeps your audience engaged. Each slide is optimized for the stage, using larger type, simplified structure, and custom graphics to support your message in real time. You can choose from three tiers: the Basic Event Deck (up to 12 slides) for short keynotes or sponsor reveals; the Standard Event Deck (12–20 slides) for mid-length talks or brand announcements; or the Full Conference Deck (20–35 slides) for in-depth presentations, launch keynotes, or high-stakes commercial talks. Final files are delivered in PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Figma, and include 2–3 rounds of refinements plus a high-res export for easy sharing or printing.
Implementation Support
Once the deck is delivered, I’ll offer tailored advice on how to adapt it for the event setting—whether that’s trimming slides for time, adjusting pacing, or tweaking visuals for large screens. I can also advise on how to repurpose the deck for post-event follow-up, sharing, or future sessions.
