What formats do you deliver in?
I can deliver in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Figma, InDesign, Photoshop or PDF — whichever suits your team’s workflow best.
Can we include speaker bios, logos, or QR codes?
Absolutely. Just send over your content and I’ll integrate it cleanly into the layout.

Strategic Discovery Call
We start with a quick discovery call to understand your event’s purpose, audience, and communication timeline. We’ll review your brand guidelines, content requirements, and distribution channels—whether it’s email, print, or digital—so that each piece is designed to set the right tone and drive action from the very first touchpoint.
Save the Date Graphic
A branded visual teaser featuring key event details (date, location, title). Designed for early distribution via email or internal channels to generate interest and hold the date.
Formal Event Invitation
A clean, on-brand invite designed for email or PDF format, including event details, RSVP links, optional partner/speaker highlights, and visual hierarchy to boost engagement.
Agenda / Itinerary
A professionally structured schedule featuring session breakdowns, speaker names, and timings — optimized for sharing or printing in advance of the event.
Final Delivery
All assets are delivered in your preferred format (PowerPoint, Figma, Google Slides, InDesign, or PDF) and include 2 rounds of refinements for alignment and polish.
Implementation Support
Once your designs are delivered, I’ll provide guidance on rollout—how to use the files across channels, adjust for different formats, and ensure visual consistency throughout the event lifecycle. I can also advise on adapting templates for follow-up materials or future events.
