About this service

Summary

When you're organizing an important event — whether it's a partner summit, sponsorship roundtable, or internal workshop — your communications need to reflect the professionalism of the moment. I design cohesive, on-brand materials like Save the Dates, formal invitations, and event agendas that are easy to share, clear to read, and aligned with your brand.
Problem: “We’ve got an important event coming up — but no time to design invites or a clear agenda.” Solution: I deliver fast-turn, professional event assets that simplify your comms and elevate your guest experience. Ideal for: Sports organizations, commercial teams, or agencies hosting talks, meetings, or summits. Outcome: A polished set of materials that boost attendance, reduce internal stress, and show your partners you mean business.

Process

1. Project Kickoff & Strategic Discovery Call We start with a short strategy call to align on your event’s purpose, audience, and communication flow. You’ll share key details—timing, format, RSVP links, messaging priorities—as well as any brand guidelines or reference materials. This ensures the design direction is aligned from the start and that every piece feels cohesive, intentional, and on-brand.
2. Concept & Visual Direction I design initial concepts for the Save the Date, Invite, and Agenda — establishing layout, tone, and structure. You’ll review a visual preview and give early feedback on hierarchy, content emphasis, and overall feel before I move into final execution.
3. Full Design Execution Each item (Save the Date, Invite, Agenda) is built for clarity, polish, and fast sharing. I’ll apply your branding across all pieces, structure information logically, and format for email, PDF, or print depending on your needs. Final assets are presentation-ready and adaptable.
4. Revisions & Refinement Once you receive the first draft of each item, you can request up to two rounds of refinements. I’ll incorporate your feedback to adjust details, fine-tune tone, or improve clarity across the set.
5. Final Delivery & Implementation Support You’ll receive the final materials in your preferred format (PowerPoint, Figma, Google Slides, InDesign, or PDF), along with editable source files for easy reuse or localization. I’ll also offer guidance on how to roll out the assets across your email, print, and digital channels—plus tips for adapting them for reminders, follow-ups, or future events.

FAQs

  • How much notice do you need for event comms design?

Ideally 5–10 business days before your first send-out, but I can often accommodate quicker turnarounds depending on availability.

  • Can I book just one item (like an agenda) instead of all three?

Yes — each item can be booked individually. Pricing is flexible based on what you need: - Save the Date: $420 - Invite: $490 - Agenda: $630

  • What formats do you deliver in?

I can deliver in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Figma, InDesign, Photoshop or PDF — whichever suits your team’s workflow best.

  • Can we include speaker bios, logos, or QR codes?

Absolutely. Just send over your content and I’ll integrate it cleanly into the layout.

What's included

  • Strategic Discovery Call

We start with a quick discovery call to understand your event’s purpose, audience, and communication timeline. We’ll review your brand guidelines, content requirements, and distribution channels—whether it’s email, print, or digital—so that each piece is designed to set the right tone and drive action from the very first touchpoint.

  • Save the Date Graphic

A branded visual teaser featuring key event details (date, location, title). Designed for early distribution via email or internal channels to generate interest and hold the date.

  • Formal Event Invitation

A clean, on-brand invite designed for email or PDF format, including event details, RSVP links, optional partner/speaker highlights, and visual hierarchy to boost engagement.

  • Agenda / Itinerary

A professionally structured schedule featuring session breakdowns, speaker names, and timings — optimized for sharing or printing in advance of the event.

  • Final Delivery

All assets are delivered in your preferred format (PowerPoint, Figma, Google Slides, InDesign, or PDF) and include 2 rounds of refinements for alignment and polish.

  • Implementation Support

Once your designs are delivered, I’ll provide guidance on rollout—how to use the files across channels, adjust for different formats, and ensure visual consistency throughout the event lifecycle. I can also advise on adapting templates for follow-up materials or future events.

I'm the type of client who really knows what he wants, but can't always express it. It took a 30 minute call and a brief look at my disparate moodboard for Jana to simply one-shot the branding system I wanted. That's how good she is.

Only 5/5 ratings for Jana. Highly recommended, and looking forward to working on future projects together with her.
