Contract
Based off of our earlier conversation I will create a contract that outlines deliverables, dates, and payment plans (if needed). Once signed we can move along to the fun stuff!
Questionnaire
I send over a GoogleDoc with every single question I need answered for your deck creation. This includes synopsis, character descriptions, episode summaries, etc..
Usually, I don't write or heavily edit the copy as I believe the creator of the project is the most qualified to tell the story, but you can add-on copy editing/writing if you'd prefer a helping hand! I have experience in writing decks and grants, so I'm no stranger to the conundrum of figuring out a solid log.
You've Got Mail: Copy Only Document
By now you have received the Holy Grail. This PDF is a formatted, no frills, complete treatment of your pitch. Keep this document as it will serve you well for submitting to film festivals, updating your portfolio, or writing to grants. All pertinent info on your project is easily accessible in this document.
Design Pitch Incoming!
This 1-3 page document is MY pitch to YOU! It includes your logo design (if you have this add-on), font and color selection, and overall branding for the deck. This document is not your finished deck; just a glimpse of what's to come.
Depending on how many revisions you've decided on in the initial contract, this is your chance to shift the design or pivot in an entirely new direction before locking in.

Fresh off the, errr, my computer? Your immersive pitch deck in both high res for presenting and low res for sharing are now done. Now you're ready to pitch :)

  • Do you offer sliding scale rates?

    I do! As an indie filmmaker myself I understand budgets can be tight. Send me a message and we can discuss your project in a free consult :)

  • How long does a deck take?

    Around 6-8 weeks is the usual timeline, but if you need a deck sooner we can add on a rush fee and I can get it to you in 1-4 weeks. Reach out if your concerned about your timeline!

  • Do you do logo designs?

    I do! You can add on a custom logo design to your deck package.

  • Do you do payment plans?

    Yes! But prior to delivering the final deck all payments must be completed.

  • Do you do EPKs?

    Ahhh, Electronic Press Kits. Of course! A deck is a deck.

    As an indie filmmaker myself I understand the necessity for a solid pitch! This deliverable is the finished product, where copy and design meet in an immersive presentation. Score a wicked distribution deal, that named talent you've been tracking on IMDb, or the producer that will level up production with this professional pitch.

  • #2 Design Pitch

    This is a 1-3 page design-only pitch. Based on the information in your Copy Only Document, I dream up a design for the deck and send it off for your approval. Once approved I move on to the final step and deliverable: your Immersive Pitch Deck.
