Process

🧠 Step 1: Discovery and Moodboard
To get started, I must understand what your brand is all about, what you stand for and what kind of results are we looking to achieve. With this in mind, we shall chat and go over a list of questions aiming to understand you & your brand better. At this stage you shall hand over your existing branding elements (logos, fonts, colors, etc) for me to incorporate and keep your online presence consistent. A set of two moodboard options will be made to reflect your brand’s intended look and feel; choosing one we will establish creative direction for the project.
👁 Step 2: Design
Instagram templates for feed, stories, reels and stories highlights are custom made to suit your brand’s specific needs. These include options for text-only, text-and-image and creative layouts.
The templates will form your new online presence, set you apart from your competitors and create recognition amongst your clients.
🤝 Step 3: Review & Finalizing
To kick off the final stage to this project, you will receive the templates review. Upon hearing your feedback, it will be incorporated into the designs; making sure it is suiting your vision of your brand.
😍 Step 4: Template in Use
I will create a sample feed plan of 9-12 social media posts, incorporating various types of your new templates for a cohesive look. This may be based on stock photography as a sample or on your brand's real photo content.
📩 Step 5: Hand over
Templates are handed over in Figma along with a comprehensive how-to-use guide. A week long period of assistances in use of templates is included.

  • Do I need to have an existing branding before we begin?

    It is recommended that you have an existing branding before we begin working on your online presence.

  • Are all elements in the templates editable?

    The templates are highly editable. However, it is recommended that you only edit the indicated areas (text content, photo content).

  • What format will I receive the templates in?

    The final package will include file in Figma, along with a user guide and a sample feed showcasing your new templates.

  • How easy are they to use? Do I need a prior software knowledge?

    The templates will be very easy to use. No prior knowledge needed; plus a how to guide will be provided, along with a week long support period.
