Process
→ First up is an in-depth questionnaire that will allow me to understand your business/brand, its content challenges, and the type of content you want created.
→ Content Creation (This is my favourite part!) - Once I receive your brand or business' relevant assets; photos, logos, brand colours and preferred fonts, I will spend 1 week creating;
- 12 pieces of captivating static content + captions
- Bonus: 4 Instagram Story sets (One story set includes 3 original curated pieces of content)
- Add-on: Editable Canva files to use as templates
→ Once your content is complete, I'll share a PDF Content Calendar with you via email, which includes the video walkthrough of the entire presentation. You will also receive a link to a Google Drive folder containing all your content.

You’ll receive 12 professionally crafted Instagram graphics, each tailored to your preference for 1:1 and/or 4:5 aspect ratios. This includes a mix of 6 static and 6 carousel posts, with the possibility of adding a GIF for added flair. PLUS 4 Instagram Story sets.
Post captions + Hashtags
Your package includes 12 on-brand captions and hashtag sets. I will ensure that the voice, tone, and overall communication across all posts represent the brand and are uniform.
Repurposing Ideas
Your final content calendar document will also include suggestions on how to repurpose each post into different content forms.
Add-on Canva Source Files
If you would like more autonomy, you can opt for the add-on option of the editable Canva source files. Gaining access to editable templates with colours, fonts, elements, and layouts for future use.
