About the Project

making The Move is a Career Coaching Company based in Canada. To connect skilled newcomers of African descent with career opportunities in Canada.

My role at making The Move was as their Social Media Strategist & Manager, Community Manager, Content Writer and Graphic Designer for their social media platforms, including; Instagram and LinkedIn. I also had the opportunity to edit their podcast titled - "Chat Series Podcast".

Graphic Design & Content Writing

The creative direction for this project was to communicate their coaching offerings, in an approachable way, focusing on content that enhances engagement. Content creation for this business included still images, carousels and videos.

This also included Social Media Management of their Instagram and LinkedIn pages.

Video Editing for Reels & TikTok

I edited captivating videos using existing images and video clips from the company assets, which increased community engagement ↓

Podcast Management

Podcast management for makingTheMove included creating the graphic visuals for 'The Chat Series Podcast' - plus editing and publishing the podcast episodes on supported platforms including; Spotify, Apple and Google Podcasts.
