FAQs
Who is this sprint best suited for?
This sprint is ideal for SaaS, AI, or marketplace teams who have a live product or MVP but need to understand what’s blocking growth, activation, or retention before investing in design or development.
What’s the main outcome of this sprint?
You’ll walk away with a complete UX audit, data-backed insights, and a clear, actionable roadmap showing what to prioritize next - whether that’s redesign, feature refinement, or validation.
Do you need access to our analytics or user data?
If available, yes. Tools like GA4, Hotjar, or session recordings make findings more precise, but I can also conduct heuristic and qualitative analysis without them.
How long does the sprint take?
Typically 1–2 weeks, depending on scope and data availability. All findings are presented in a summary deck you can share internally with your product or leadership team.
Will this include new design screens?
This sprint focuses on research and strategy. You’ll receive wireframe-level concept directions and UX recommendations - not finalized UI - so we can validate direction first.
Can you also handle the redesign after the sprint?
Yes. Many clients continue into a full design or redesign engagement based on sprint outcomes, ensuring seamless continuity.
How do you collaborate during the sprint?
I share progress through Figma, Miro, or Notion, and we’ll sync briefly at key milestones to ensure alignment on findings and priorities.

He starts with thoughtful sketches and turns ideas into beautiful, functional designs. Philip listens carefully, values feedback, and is truly great to work with - both as a designer and a person!
