Make your Salesforce pipeline easier to understand and your reporting more useful.
Starting at $2,250 | Typical timeline: 2–3 weeks after access and requirements are confirmed
You already have Salesforce. Now you need a clearer picture of what's happening and what needs attention.
If your pipeline reports are difficult to interpret or aren't answering the right questions, I'll help turn your existing Salesforce data into practical visibility for your team.
This focused service combines business analysis with Salesforce reporting. We'll agree on the business questions, clarify how your existing stages and fields should be used, and build reporting around those needs.

What's included

Within one Salesforce Sales Cloud org and one existing sales process, the starting scope includes:
Review of your opportunity pipeline and agreed reporting goals
Written definitions and usage guidance for up to eight existing opportunity stages
Review and usage recommendations for up to 10 existing opportunity fields
Creation or improvement of up to two reports using existing objects, fields, and standard report types
One dashboard with up to four components using the agreed reports
Agreed report filters, groupings, calculations, and dashboard settings that fit the existing configuration
Written guidance covering stage meanings, field usage, and reporting
Testing against the approved requirements and available source data
A recorded handoff or an optional live walkthrough of up to 30 minutes
One consolidated revision round, requested within seven calendar days of delivery
Seven calendar days of post-delivery defect support
Before work begins, you'll receive a defined scope, fixed project price, and expected timeline. The starting price assumes existing data and configuration can support the agreed reporting.
Stage restructuring, new or altered fields, custom report types, and other configuration changes are separately scoped and priced after reviewing dependencies. They are included only when explicitly listed in your proposal.

A good fit if...

You have an established Salesforce sales process but need clearer reporting and more consistent definitions.
You know the decisions your team needs to make, but need help translating those questions into useful reports and a dashboard.
You want a contained improvement project with mostly asynchronous communication.

How we'll work

Define the outcome. You'll complete a short intake describing your process, reporting questions, and current frustrations. Your team confirms metric definitions, stage meanings, and business rules.
Confirm scope. I'll review whether the existing data and configuration can support the agreed outcome. You'll approve the deliverables and acceptance criteria before implementation.
Build and test. I'll create or improve the agreed reporting and validate it against the approved requirements. For separately quoted configuration changes, we'll agree on testing and a backup/recovery approach before changes begin, using a sandbox when available.
Handoff. You'll receive the reporting and written guidance, with one opportunity to submit consolidated refinements within the agreed scope.

Scope and limitations

The standard service does not include Salesforce implementation from scratch, bulk record correction, deduplication, imports, migrations, field deletion, data-model redesign, additional sales processes, complex record-type changes, or ongoing administration.
Changes to Flows, Apex, integrations, CPQ, or CRM Analytics are outside this service. Reports reflect the data available in Salesforce; missing or inaccurate source data may need separate correction.
If an excluded dependency blocks an agreed deliverable, I'll pause that work and explain the issue. We'll agree on an alternative, a separately priced change where appropriate, or how to close the affected scope before proceeding. Detailed troubleshooting of excluded systems is not included.
New metrics, additional reports, or changes to approved requirements are quoted separately. Missing access, decisions, or feedback pauses the timeline; resumption depends on availability.

Not sure what needs improving?

Start with a Salesforce Pipeline & Reporting Review for $450. If you book an implementation project of $2,250 or more with me within 30 days of receiving your findings, $250 of the review fee will be credited toward the project!
